On 21st August 2025, SBC continues its commitment to conservation by planting trees at Sabal Reserve Forest, Simunjan together with the Forest Department Sarawak (FDS).
Also joining us was our subsidiary, BioVerde Technologies Sdn Bhd CEO, Mr. Hazwan bin Razak.
This year’s tree planting supports Sarawak’s reforestation efforts beyond the 50 Million Trees Campaign target, and contributes to nature positive solutions for long term environmental sustainability, the key pillar of Sarawak’s Post Covid 19 Development Strategy.
SBC began its tree planting efforts in 2016 with 500 mangroves at Kuching Wetlands National Park (KWNP). Since expanding to Sabal in 2023, SBC has successfully planted over 3,500 trees at the reserve.
Our team came together to help restore and enrich biodiversity in areas that need it most. Every tree planted is a step toward a greener Sarawak.
