Post 1:
Administrative Assistant (Procurement & Maintenance), N1 - Jawatan Berasaskan Caruman (JBC) - 1 Vacancy
Salary Schedule: N1

- To assist in management of tender and quotation process
- To assist in monitoring the delivery of supplies and assets
- To conduct periodic inspection on the general condition of SBC buildings, facilities and compound
- To assist in minor repair works on facilities and assets
Qualification:
- The candidate must have a SPM/SVM/MCE or equivalent qualification, recognised by the Government
- The candidate must have background knowledge and understanding of procurement and maintenance
- The candidates must have a good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Credit (at least Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu subject at SPM/SVM/MCE level
- 2 subjects credit (at least Grade C) and 4 subjects passed (at least Grade E) at SPM/SVM/MCE level
- Preferably 1-3 years of related work experience
Post 2:
Security Assistant, KP1 - Jawatan Berasaskan Caruman (JBC) - 1 Vacancy
Salary Schedule: KP1

- To report any incidences on break-ins, emergencies etc to the Management and relevant authorities (e.g. Police, BOMBA, Ambulance etc)
- Patrol and monitor safety of buildings, facilities and employees
- Control visitors’ entry and exit from premises
- Control traffic and implement parking rules
Qualification:
- The candidate must have SPM/SVM/MCE or equivalent qualification, recognised by the Government
- A former policeman or army with minimum Constables or Private (Prebet) rank or equivalent, has been confirmed in service, has a good service record and able to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Melayu satisfactory
- The candidate must have a good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Credit (at least Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu subject at SPM/SVM/MCE level
- 2 subjects credit (at least Grade C) and 4 subjects passed (at least Grade E) at SPM/SVM/MCE level
- Male only
- Candidate must meet the following physical measurements and requirements:
- minimum height of 1.57m without shoes
- minimum weight of 48kg
- Body Mass Index (BMI) between 19 to 26
- have a normal chest size minimum 79cm and while breathing 84cm
- pass a vision test for left and right eyes tested separately with V6/9 resolution without the use of glasses/contact lens
- no color vision defects and no hearing impairment
- checked and certified by a registered Medical Officer as suitable for employment
