Industrial Plots
Dedicated plots to support new companies looking to locate or expand their existing operations in bio-manufacturing, scientific, R&D, and high-tech businesses. Significant financial incentive will be offered to investors through discount rates and in some cases accelerated planning to ensure rapid development.
A total of 27 plots will be developed
Size ranging from 1.2 acres to 3.9 acres
Plots distribution based on development phases:
- Phase 1 – 5 industrial plots
- Phase 2 – 5 industrial plots
- Phase 3 – 7 industrial plots
- Phase 4 – 10 industrial plots
