On Tuesday, 4 August 2020, YB Datuk Amar Jaul Samion, Sarawak State Secretary who is also the Chairman of Sarawak Biodiversity Council visited SBC. The objective of the visit is to brief the State Secretary of SBC's roles and functions.
The delegates were comprised of the council members and representatives as follow; Dr. Abdul Rahman Deen, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Research (Representing Permanent Secretary), Mr Kenny Poon, Ministry of Urban Development and Natural Resources (Representing Permanent Secretary), YBhg Prof Datu Dr Andrew Kiyu Dawie, Professor of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University Malaysia Sarawak, YBhg Dato Goh Leng Chua, Director, Lawmakers, Dr Alvin Chai Lian Kuet, Director of Agriculture and Mr Justine Jok Jau Emang, Controller of Environmental Quality, Sarawak.
