  • Screening for anti-microbial compounds from essential oil, actinomycetes and fungi extracts against standard fungi, yeast and bacteria.
  • Reverse Mutagenicity Assay (AMES test) screening.
  • AMES testing on plant extracts and essential oil samples.
  • Microbial 16S rDNA/ ITS identification.
